The Copenhagen Trial Unit

(CTU)

The Copenhagen Trial Unit (CTU), Centre for Clinical Intervention Research, Rigshospitalet, Copenhagen University Hospital, is a non-speciality oriented department offering a flexible collaboration in all stages of clinical research; from advice and general support to full development of design, conduct, and analysis of randomised clinical trials.

The CTU hosts the Editorial Team Office of The Cochrane Hepato-Biliary Group (CHBG). The CTU and CHBG personell, therefore, offer a flexible collaboration in all stages of systematic reviewing; from advice and general support to full development of protocols and search strategies for systematic reviews, incuding meta-analyses. CTU has developed methodology and software for conducting trial sequential analysis.
